Private sessions with classical apparatus

One-on-one sessions in a dedicated space fully equipped with the original apparatus of the Classical Method: Cadillac, Reformer, Wunda Chair, Ladder Barrel, Foot Corrector, Small Barrel, Magic Circle, and Mat.

Each class is tailored to your goals:

  • Injury rehabilitation, postural correction, or chronic conditions – focused work to recover mobility, strength, and functional health.
  • Pregnancy – specially adapted sessions to prepare deep muscles and joints for childbirth.
  • Progression and performance – increasingly challenging sequences that build a strong, flexible, and agile body with advanced movement skills.

Duo sessions

Semi-private classes for two people, guided by one instructor who offers personalized attention, hands-on corrections, and tailored sequences for each participant.

Small group classes (up to 5 people)

We work with small groups to ensure individual attention and proper execution of each exercise.

For everyone over 60 who need adapted exercises and consideration of specific physical conditions (injuries or pathologies). Sessions are conducted at a controlled, safe pace to promote well-being, strength, and flexibility.

STRETCHING

The foundational level of the system. You’ll learn the basic exercises, proper breathing, and how to activate your center of strength (core), which will allow you to progress to higher levels. Joint mobility improves, the spine becomes more resilient, and neuromuscular connections are strengthened.

BEGINNER

A solid understanding of the fundamentals and a well-developed powerhouse are required. This level involves a wider variety of movement planes and greater physical challenge, incorporating concepts like force vectors and core control. Once you can perform these exercises, you are ready to challenge yourself, moving from the center.

CORE

A flowing intermediate level. Participants are proficient in beginner and intermediate exercises and perform them without pauses — with precision, flow, and full-body control.

INTERMEDIATE

Designed for individuals with years of consistent practice and a deep understanding of the method. This level requires strong body control, mastery of exercises, and a high degree of strength, flexibility, balance, and spinal and joint mobility. Completion of the previous levels is required before joining.
