Private sessions with classical apparatus
One-on-one sessions in a dedicated space fully equipped with the original apparatus of the Classical Method: Cadillac, Reformer, Wunda Chair, Ladder Barrel, Foot Corrector, Small Barrel, Magic Circle, and Mat.
Each class is tailored to your goals:
- Injury rehabilitation, postural correction, or chronic conditions – focused work to recover mobility, strength, and functional health.
- Pregnancy – specially adapted sessions to prepare deep muscles and joints for childbirth.
- Progression and performance – increasingly challenging sequences that build a strong, flexible, and agile body with advanced movement skills.
Duo sessions
Semi-private classes for two people, guided by one instructor who offers personalized attention, hands-on corrections, and tailored sequences for each participant.
